Silk was actually born Silk was born in Fredericton (New Brunswick), Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, a professor and Ilkay, a playwright and director. She was also known as an actress. Anna is able to recall some of her first memories when she was a kid, such as seeing her mother work during play rehearsals. Silk was a prominent character in numerous commercials as a young child. The year 1997 was the time she graduated with an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk was able to move from Toronto on November 29, 1999 to Los Angeles during the next decade. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007, when they met at an Actorsworkshop at Los Angeles. After getting engaged in 2008, they married in 2009. The 10th of April, 2011 they reaffirmed their vows during an Jewish ceremony in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism.
